On June 1, 2024, at exactly 16:21, ₺12.47 was withdrawn from my account by Adyen without my knowledge or approval. I did not authorize this transaction, nor do I have any outstanding balances or subscriptions that would justify this payment. My account has always had a sufficient balance, and I consistently monitor my transactions — so this charge came completely out of the blue.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and consent involved in this process. I demand a full refund of the ₺12.47 that was taken and a clear explanation as to why this charge occurred in the first place.
Adyen must take immediate responsibility and provide a resolution. Unauthorized payments like this seriously damage trust.
