On June 12, 2023, Uption customer representative Sullu mistakenly sent my $2500 to the wrong Swift code and account, and since then, I haven't received my money or heard from them. The money is lost, and there is no support from customer representative Sullu. Moreover, my bank did not receive the transfer. The transfer agency, Uption agent s**** (23-01-15392355), entered the incorrect SWIFT and/or account number. The transaction number is 87938820421. A transfer of 200,000 TL, as shown on the Ziraat receipt, was made from Ziraat Bank to Aktif Bank. However, $2500 had the wrong account number (NFBKUS33 36134266625) and was not sent to Capital One Bank.
