On June 5, 2025, I transferred $500 USD from my Enpara personal account to my Uption account. Despite the funds being withdrawn from Enpara, the money never arrived in my Uption balance. When I contacted Uption customer service on the same day, I was told they do not accept foreign currency transfers from Enpara, which I was never warned about beforehand.
I was instructed to send an email to up****@upt.com.tr to initiate a refund process. I did that immediately, yet days have passed and I still haven’t received any refund. Repeated attempts to contact Uption by phone have also failed—no one answers the calls.
This lack of communication and failure to return my money is absolutely unacceptable. I urgently demand the return of my $500. Due to this issue, I haven’t been able to purchase plane tickets for my wife and child who are currently stuck abroad. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious disruption to my family and financial well-being.
Uption must take full responsibility for this and immediately refund my $500 without any further delays. I expect a resolution now.
