If Uption won’t let you log in even with the correct credentials, first confirm your account is fully verified.

Some users with unverified or pending approval accounts can’t access features until identity checks (ID/face verification) are complete.

Ensure the phone number tied to your account and SMS verification codes are working, since login often requires a valid mobile number; update it in-app under “Help” if it changed.

If you still see errors like “incorrect password” or “account blocked,” try a password reset and check for any temporary blocks or security holds placed by Uption.
