UPS Shipping Communication Fiasco

I have a problem with a domestic shipment sent via Ups Türkiye with tracking number 1ZA2320E6804509403. Although the delivery address is my residence in İzmir Bornova, the package was not delivered to me on 24.02.2026. In the system and via the courier it was claimed that I was not at home, however there is always a building attendant available at my residence who could have received the package on my behalf. Despite this, the package has still not been delivered. I have called and contacted Ups Türkiye customer service and related units many, many times, but I have not received any effective solution or clear information, and the shipment is still not in my hands. I request that my package be identified in the system and delivered to my address in İzmir Bornova as soon as possible without any further delay, and that this incorrect “recipient not at home” status be investigated and corrected.
