UPS Delayed Delivery And Provided Inaccurate Information
I am writing to report a serious delivery issue I have experienced with my Tamer Tanca order that was supposed to be delivered by UPS Türkiye. My package with tracking number 1ZW432Y36851345997 was scheduled for delivery on 9 February 2026, but it has not been delivered to me for three days. When I checked the delivery details, I saw that on 9 February it was recorded that delivery was attempted but the recipient was “not available.” It was then stated that a new delivery attempt would be made on 10 February 2026, yet the same explanation was entered again and the shipment was not delivered. On 11 February 2026, it was once more marked as “out for delivery,” and again the status was updated as “recipient not available.” However, during all three days, I was at home the entire time, my doorbell did not ring even once, and I did not receive any call or notification. I would like to state that I have been aggrieved because the system shows “recipient not available” even though no real delivery attempt was made. I request that my shipment be delivered to my address as soon as possible, with a scheduled delivery time agreed in advance by contacting me directly.
