I am dissatisfied with UPS delivery service. Not only was my package delivered late, but it also arrived in an absolutely unacceptable condition—damaged, dirty, and completely neglected. There was no prior notification about the delivery, and I was not informed about the package's condition before it was handed to me.

I have never received such a filthy package before. This is unprofessional and completely unacceptable from a company that claims to be a reliable courier service. I refuse to accept a package in this state. UPS needs to address this issue immediately and take responsibility for their poor service. I expect a response and a resolution as soon as possible!
