UPS Won't Deliver My TV Purchase for Over a Week, No Extra Info Given

Regarding my purchase from Teknosa on July 7, 2023, with order number 2279210519, I'm writing to say that I'm very unhappy and upset. The delivery date is still not clear, and as of July 14, 2023, I have not yet received the product. Even though UPS is the carrier, our local courier companies are much better than it because they are more professional and know how to solve problems. They can't talk to their drivers, their branch, or the person who is getting the package. If they decide to deliver, they will, and all you have to do is wait for them to get there. The inability to communicate well and the fact that the delivery is always late are both completely unacceptable. I expect Teknosa to take action right away and fix this problem so that I can get the item I bought on time. That would look great in a joke magazine...
