UPS System Error Blocking My JBL Tune 520BT Warranty Shipment
I need to send my JBL Tune 520BT headphones to Aztek Technology for repair under warranty. Through UPS Turkey, I called a courier both via customer service guidance and through the website by entering my tracking numbers, but after 1–2 minutes the system gives an error saying, “There is no shipment associated with this number,” and no action can be taken. My two tracking numbers are 7562366 and 7562449, and the same issue occurs for both.
I tried this process many times today and encountered the same error each time. I also attempted to contact customer service by phone, but I couldn’t reach anyone, so I wasn’t able to report the issue and therefore cannot send my headphones to the service center.
I request that UPS Turkey urgently fix the system issue related to these tracking numbers and send a courier to my address so my shipment can be processed as soon as possible.
