I Face Tracking Failure with UPS Turkey on BDH Laptop Shipment
On August 29, 2025, I tried to track the shipment of my laptop sent via UPS Turkey from BDH technical service under warranty. For the past two days, I have been unable to see any updates. When I enter the tracking number 1Z1RR0306807091282 on both the UPS website and the mobile app, I repeatedly receive the following error: “We cannot provide tracking details at this time. If we have not received information from the sender yet, or if the shipment data is older than 120 days, we cannot locate the package.”
This situation is unacceptable, especially since the shipment involves my valuable laptop under warranty. I attempted to contact customer service several times, but I could not reach anyone who could provide meaningful information. As a customer, being left completely in the dark about the whereabouts of such an important package is both stressful and frustrating.
I demand that UPS Turkey immediately locate my laptop shipment, provide me with detailed tracking updates, and resolve this issue without further delay. Customers deserve transparency, especially when dealing with high-value items sent for warranty service.
