UPS Turkey is returning packages without making a visit to the address. They're saying they called, but I didn't pick up. I don't have to answer calls from unknown numbers, but it's your responsibility to come to the address and knock on the door. I've voiced my concerns on Instagram and received the exact same response. It appears that the issue originates from the highest level. Here is your tracking number: 1ZA296B66800498677.
