I placed an online order from ASICS to be delivered via UPS to my home address, with the first delivery attempt scheduled for 23 December. On that day, I received only a phone call, and no one came to my address. When I checked the tracking information, I was shocked to see that it stated three delivery attempts had been made, and that I could not be found at my work address, or that my workplace was closed. This is not correct, as I was at home and the delivery was supposed to be made to my home address, not to a work address. Because of this incorrect information and the lack of any real delivery attempt, my parcel was returned without ever being delivered to me. I find it unacceptable that the tracking history shows false attempts and the wrong type of address, while I was available at home and waiting for the package. I expect UPS to organize an immediate redelivery of my order to my correct home address and to correct the misleading tracking information related to these supposed delivery attempts.
