UPS Failed to Deliver My Important Package – No Attempt Made Despite Staying Home

UPS has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. My package, which was supposed to arrive on the 8th, apparently "attempted" delivery on the 9th, claiming I wasn’t home. However, I haven’t left the house for 4 days, and still, my package hasn’t even been put out for delivery again. I’ve emphasized multiple times that this is an important delivery, but I’ve received no response or updates. This lack of service is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling completely helpless. UPS needs to resolve this issue immediately—I shouldn’t have to go through this much trouble for a simple delivery!
