UPS Refuses to Deliver My Apple Order Claiming “Business Closed” Despite Home Address

I am extremely disappointed with both Apple and UPS. It has been a full week, and I still haven’t received my delivery. UPS claims that they couldn’t deliver because the “recipient’s business was closed.” That’s completely false—the delivery address is my home, not a business, and we are home all the time. The door is always open, and our name is clearly displayed on the doorbell, so it’s impossible to miss.
Even if I were to assume, for the sake of argument, that they really couldn’t find the place (which I seriously doubt), there is such a thing as a mobile phone. Why didn’t they call me? How can a courier company fail to deliver and not even attempt to contact the recipient?
