UPS Claimed I Wasn't Home But Never Attempted Delivery

I am very frustrated with UPS Türkiye's dishonest delivery practices. I was expecting a package and made sure someone was home all day—five people were present in the house, and we even kept an eye on the door specifically so we wouldn’t miss the delivery. Despite this, UPS falsely claimed that they attempted delivery but “no one was at the address.” That is absolutely untrue—no courier came to our door at any point during the day.
What makes this worse is the fact that they didn’t even bother to leave a notice or call, which is basic protocol. If UPS is running behind on deliveries or unable to meet the promised schedule, they should communicate honestly and reschedule for the next day—not lie and blame the recipient.
I demand an immediate investigation into this incident and expect the package to be delivered without further delay. UPS, please stop misleading your customers. This type of behavior seriously damages trust in your service. A prompt and sincere resolution is the least you can do.
