UPS is Not Delivering My Package
My Pandora order with UPS tracking number 1ZC337W86803312508 arrived at the UPS Istanbul branch on January 2, 2025, but although the delivery is within the same city to Başakşehir, Istanbul, it has still not been delivered to me as of January 8, 2025. First, the delivery date was postponed, and then, despite my repeated calls to customer service, incorrect information was entered into the system claiming that I was not at the address. We have a bedridden patient at home, so it is not possible that there was no one at the address during the stated delivery attempts. When I contacted UPS customer service, they told me that they had marked the shipment as urgent, but afterward, false statements were made about failed delivery attempts instead of actually delivering my package. I find it unacceptable that a shipment that has reached the Istanbul branch cannot be delivered within days to a nearby district and that the situation is misrepresented in the records. I request the urgent delivery of my Pandora product to my address in Başakşehir without any further delay, and if delivery cannot be made immediately, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid, which is over 11,000 TL.
