On August 27, 2025, at 15:05, my Pandora order shipped with UPS Turkey was marked as delivered, but it was shown as signed for by a person named K… M…, someone I do not know. I never received my package. To make matters worse, there was no delivery code or secure verification process, which creates a serious security risk.
When I called UPS customer service, I was told that having a tracking number is “not necessary.” I opened a formal complaint, but when I asked how and when I would receive a follow-up, they told me that UPS does not call customers back and that I should call them every day until the investigation is completed. They also admitted that they can only see the same limited name and surname information that I do, which does not help identify who has my package.
This is the first time I have faced such a situation, and the lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. My package is missing, I have no idea who has it, and UPS expects me to chase them daily for answers instead of providing a proper resolution.
I demand that UPS immediately locate my Pandora package and ensure it is delivered to me without further delay. Customers should not have to deal with such poor handling, lack of security, and complete absence of proactive support.
