Failure of UPS Delivery and Service Fee Refund Request
To Whom It May Concern, I paid for a special courier delivery service through UPS Turkey for the shipment with tracking number 1ZW449A96800328214. However, the shipment was never delivered to me in any form. As a result, in order to avoid delays in receiving my passport, I personally went to the VFS Global branch and collected the shipment myself. Additionally, the UPS tracking system still shows the shipment as “undelivered”. The service I paid for was not provided, and the special courier service fee has not been refunded to me. In line with my consumer rights, I kindly request a full refund for the service that was not rendered. I also request that a thorough investigation be conducted and that I be informed regarding the practices of UPS Turkey in this matter.
