I was expecting delivery of two packages under a single order through UPS. My first package, with a different tracking number, was delivered successfully on April 24. However, the second package, with tracking number 1Z0J71E26801248641, has still not been delivered. I did not receive any SMS, email, or phone call regarding this package; I only learned the tracking number after contacting the seller again.
When I checked the tracking details on the UPS website, I saw a note stating that I was not available at my address on April 27 at 10:45 AM. However, no one knocked on my door, called me, or sent any notification at that time. Additionally, although the system indicated that the package would be out for delivery again on the next business day, April 28, I still received no contact or delivery attempt.
My delivery address is Küçükçekmece, Istanbul. I contacted UPS customer service twice. During the first call, I was told that it is up to the courier’s discretion whether to call before delivery. In the second call, they mentioned there might have been confusion and that they had informed the delivery branch about the urgency, but despite this, no action or resolution followed.
I request that my package be delivered to my address on April 29 without any further delay. I also expect the courier to contact me by phone before arrival and that I be notified via SMS on the delivery day, ensuring a transparent and properly managed delivery process.
