UPS Failed Delivery Even Though I Was Home All Day
I am filing a complaint regarding a delivery issue I experienced with UPS. My package, with tracking number 1Z0J71E26800980244, was scheduled for delivery on March 13 to my address in Buca, İzmir, but it was not delivered even though I was home all day.
When I called customer service, I was told that the courier had come to my address but was unable to reach me. However, my doorbell was never rung, and I did not receive any phone call or notification that day. Despite this, the system shows as if I was not available at the address, which I do not accept.
I request that my package be delivered to my address as soon as possible, preferably today, and that I be provided with a clear explanation as to why I was not contacted by phone.
