UPS Failed to Deliver My Package Despite Being Only 5 Km from the Center
UPS shipped the package from Ankara on 09/12/2024 and it arrived in İzmir Menemen on 10/12/2024 at 10:04. However, it was not delivered because the distribution area was deemed “too far.” It's difficult to understand this reasoning since my house is just around 5 km from the distribution centre. Upon checking the tracking number today, I noticed the delivery status and found it puzzling that a short distance could pose a problem. I attempted to reach out for more details, but I didn't receive any straightforward responses. The absence of clear communication and effective service has led to avoidable delays. I hope the company addresses this promptly and takes steps to prevent similar issues in the future. Dependable service and effective customer support ought to be the norm.
