UPS Did Not Show Up for Package Collection

I would like to share the inconvenience I experienced with UPS Turkey’s online home pickup service. Since I had a package to send for repair, I scheduled a home pickup appointment through UPS Turkey on February 12, 2026, for 10:20 AM from my address in central Muğla. However, as of 5:30 PM, no one had called me and no courier arrived to collect the package.
After creating the appointment, I received a text message, but due to my frustration and disappointment, I deleted it, so I currently do not have a tracking or reference number. When I called customer service, the system continuously redirected me to automated voice responses, and I was unable to connect to a live representative to explain my issue directly.
I request that UPS Turkey contact me regarding this failure and that my package be picked up from my Muğla central address no later than tomorrow. Due to the missed appointment and the inability to reach a representative, I ask that my complaint be taken seriously and that this matter be resolved without further delay.
