UPS Türkiye Missed Scheduled Pickup for Urgent Document Despite Multiple Calls

I scheduled a package pickup with UPS Türkiye at 10:20 AM from a local branch, but by evening, they still hadn’t come to collect it. I called multiple times, and each time, they assured me the courier would arrive by 6:30 PM unless there was a force majeure event. However, by 7:00 PM, no one had arrived, and I received no updates. When I asked what qualifies as a force majeure, they mentioned traffic accidents or natural disasters. I was trying to send an extremely important document from Etiler, Istanbul to Ankara, but UPS failed to follow through. This delay is unacceptable. UPS must ensure better service and promptly resolve this issue.
