UPS Did Not Pick Up My Cargo

To return the shoes I purchased from Greyder's website, I created a return request with the number 5804881. My request was canceled, however, with the reason "contact number not responding." This is not the first time UPS Turkey has done something like this. I live in Sakarya, and my phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Given that I work for AFAD, I always receive notification messages if someone attempts to contact me, even if my phone is busy, turned off, or unreachable. After a thorough investigation, I am confident that no one attempted to contact me. Furthermore, it's disheartening to see UPS, a company known for its quality, engage in practices akin to shady businesses. I'm hoping that my new request will be handled properly and with respect.
