I ordered an iPhone charging cable from Apple, which was shipped via UPS Türkiye. However, when the UPS Isparta Modern Evler courier arrived at the hospital where I work, they refused to enter the building and instead called me from outside, expecting me to pick it up. At that moment, I was busy and couldn’t answer the call.
Just two minutes later, I tried calling the courier back eight times, but they intentionally declined my calls. Later, I found out from UPS customer service that the courier falsely reported my number as "unanswered" in their system. However, my repeated call attempts were ignored, and this was never recorded. Additionally, the Modern Evler UPS branch does not answer their phones.
To make matters worse, my tracking status falsely stated "business closed", even though my location, Süleyman Demirel University Campus, serves over 40,000 students. Despite being in a major area, I was informed that UPS only delivers once a week, delaying my package for a full seven days.
