UPS Turkey Delivery Fiasco! 5-Day Delay & Fake Excuses

UPS Turkey insists on not delivering my order from Apple, which was shipped 5 days ago from Istanbul to a destination just a 3-hour drive away. What's worse, my inquiries are either not answered or responded to with meaningless statements such as "the courier reported 'ADDRESS CLOSED'." I've been at home since last Saturday, waiting to receive deliveries, and UPS couriers seem to report fake reasons such as "recipient could not be reached" without even attempting delivery. Meanwhile, more reliable couriers like Yurtici Kargo and HepsiJET have successfully delivered packages during this time. Not only did UPS couriers fail to come to my easily accessible location, but they also neglected to update the delivery status in their database. Every time I check the status with the tracking number, I encounter meaningless messages and/or codes. After years of doing business together, I believe it's time for us to part ways with UPS, as this is not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern of UPS's failure in recent deliveries. I can no longer endorse or recommend UPS to any friend or business partner.
