UPS Damaged Three International Shipments and Broke Fragile Goods

I am filing a complaint regarding three international shipments I sent via UPS that were delivered to recipients in a damaged condition. The fragile ceramic items inside the packages were broken during transit. According to the recipients, when the packages were delivered, there were clearly audible sounds of broken ceramics coming from inside the boxes.
The products were carefully and securely packaged with protective materials before shipment, and all necessary precautions were taken to prevent impact damage. Despite this, the fact that similar damage occurred in three separate shipments suggests that the packages may have been handled roughly or carelessly during transportation.
The details of the damaged shipments are as follows: shipment number 392127, weighing 34 kg, was sent on March 10, 2026, with a shipping cost of approximately $140; shipment number 390758 (30 kg) and shipment number 390751 (3.68 kg) were sent on February 11, 2026, with a total shipping cost of approximately $185. The total shipping cost for all three shipments is approximately $325.
The total value of the damaged goods is €1,310, and when adding approximately €283 in shipping costs, my total loss reaches around €1,600. This corresponds to approximately $2,400 based on current exchange rates. As a result, both my products and my commercial reputation have been negatively affected.
I request that a damage claim be opened for these shipments, that the process be thoroughly investigated, and that I be fully compensated for my financial loss in accordance with my rights. Photos of the damaged items, shipping details, and any other necessary documents can be provided upon request.
I also request clear and written communication regarding the process, the investigation, and the compensation procedures, and I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
