UPS Sent Me Suspicious “Delivery on Hold” Emails—I Never Ordered Anything

34

Between March 26 and March 30, I received multiple emails from UPS with the subject line “delivery on hold.” These emails were clearly unsolicited and appear to be spam, as I currently have no active orders or shipments through UPS.

I am deeply concerned that my email address or personal data may have been misused, and I want to make it absolutely clear that I am not responsible for any packages or deliveries referenced in those messages. I did not request, approve, or authorize any shipment during this time period.

UPS, I formally state that I am not liable for these communications and I am filing a complaint. All of my legal rights are reserved, and I expect you to investigate this situation thoroughly. Please ensure that my personal data is not being misused under your name or platform.
