Sharp Foreign Object Found in Naturpy Organic Oat Flakes Bought at Baby Mall

I purchased Naturpy brand oat flakes from the Baby Mall store specifically because they were organic, intending to prepare food for my 10-month-old baby. While preparing the food, I blended the oat flakes, so there should not have been any hard pieces remaining. However, after my baby had eaten most of the bowl, I noticed sharp, yellowish, thorn-like hard fragments inside the food.
Considering the choking hazard and harm these hard pieces could have caused my baby, I was left in complete shock and anxiety. I am referring to a substance so hard and sharp that it could pierce the throat of an adult, let alone an infant. I cannot accept the presence of such foreign objects in a product marketed as organic and suitable for babies, and I view this as gross negligence.
This incident just occurred, and I hope my baby will not experience any health issues in the coming hours; if any arise, I want to make it clear that I will take full legal action. The expiration date on the product is October 8, 2027. I question how hygiene and safety controls are conducted on these products and demand a clear, detailed explanation regarding this incident. I request a thorough investigation, a rigorous review of production processes to ensure this does not happen to other families and babies, and a prompt resolution to address my grievance.
