UPS Customer Service Unreachable and Delivery Status Unclear
I would like to share the delivery issue and inability to reach customer service that I experienced with UPS. I received a message yesterday stating that my package, with tracking number 1ZA5X7006880447153 and containing Apple AirPods, would be delivered. However, the package did not arrive. When I checked today to see if it would be delivered, I noticed there was no update indicating that it was out for delivery, and the delivery date appeared to be unclear.
This package is very important to me because it contains the headphones I use daily, and I recently changed my phone. Due to this uncertainty, I am unable to make plans. I need to know clearly whether the delivery will be made today or, as mentioned over the phone, in five days.
During this process, I tried calling UPS Turkey customer service multiple times, but I was unable to reach a live representative—only an automated system answered. Not being able to get even the most basic information about the delivery date or explain my situation to anyone is causing me significant inconvenience.
I request that UPS Turkey ensure customer service is accessible and clearly inform me of the actual delivery date of my package. I also expect the delivery process to be transparent and trackable.
Additionally, I cannot understand why a package that arrived on the 11th has not been sent out for delivery until the 18th. I hope they will provide assistance.
