UPS Not Delivering My Apple Order on Time
On November 13, 2025, I purchased an Apple Watch SE 3 and a charging adapter from Apple’s online store. I placed the order specifically by paying attention to the delivery date because the product was meant to be a birthday gift. Although my package was supposed to be delivered by UPS Turkey on November 17, 2025, it is still not delivered as of today, November 21, 2025.
When I called UPS Turkey customer service, they said they didn’t know where the package was and that an investigation needed to be initiated. No clear information is provided, and there is no known delivery date. It’s impossible to reach their branches by phone, and customer service has been extremely inadequate and unhelpful, offering no satisfactory explanation about the situation.
I have been struggling for days over a product I paid for in advance and bought as a birthday gift. I’ve lost time and ended up in an embarrassing situation. My UPS tracking number is 1ZA5X7006878484644. I do not want to continue waiting indefinitely with no information. If my package is lost, I request immediate compensation for my inconvenience and financial loss, as well as an urgent update regarding the situation.
