I placed the order specifically by paying attention to the delivery date because the product was meant to be a birthday gift. Although my package was supposed to be delivered by UPS Turkey on November 17, 2025, it is still not delivered as of today, November 21, 2025.
When I called UPS Turkey customer service, they said they didn’t know where the package was and that an investigation needed to be initiated. No clear information is provided, and there is no known delivery date. It’s impossible to reach their branches by phone, and customer service has been extremely inadequate and unhelpful, offering no satisfactory explanation about the situation.
