My UPS Package Has Been at the Branch for Days and Nobody Will Pick Up

A package sent to me via UPS Turkey on June 9, 2026, under tracking number 1ZA5X7006881616245, arrived at the Çorum Central branch on June 11 — and has been sitting there ever since without going out for delivery. It still hasn't reached me. On top of that, I've tried calling the branch repeatedly and cannot get anyone to pick up.
The package contains a charging cable I ordered. Because I can't charge my phone, I can't turn it on, which means I've been completely cut off from my daily tasks and unable to communicate with anyone. This is causing me serious disruption. Leaving the item at the branch without any notification to me whatsoever is simply unacceptable.
I am demanding that my package be dispatched for delivery immediately and delivered to my address as soon as possible. I also expect UPS to investigate the hardship this situation has caused me and follow up with a direct response.
