My UPS Package Delayed for Over Two Weeks, Delivery Date Keeps Changing

My package with tracking number 1ZH2842R6800940539, sent via UPS Türkiye, has still not been delivered after more than two weeks. The delivery date on their website keeps changing, with no clear update or resolution.
I’m extremely frustrated by this ongoing delay and lack of communication. If necessary, I’m willing to pick up the package myself from their Aksaray location, but I need UPS to provide the exact address. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect an immediate solution to ensure my package is delivered as soon as possible. UPS must address these delays and improve their reliability for customers.
