Delayed Passport Delivery by UPS Turkey

I submitted my passport to the visa center on 05/08/2024, hoping for a quick delivery. Considering the extended visa processing times, it is quite disappointing that the passport has not been delivered within 5 days. Although most courier services can handle deliveries within 2 days, comprehending this company's process can be quite difficult. Even though they promote speedy deliveries by air, it's quite disappointing when they can't follow through on their promises.
