UPS Employee Failed to Deliver My Package Despite Accurate Address and Contact Info

It is evident that despite the accurate recording of my address and contact number, the UPS office employee failed to deliver my cargo to the designated location. Furthermore, they inexplicably erased my contact number and made no attempt to reach out to me for a period of 10 days. I called the UPS office and they informed me that there was an issue with your address. They suggested that you visit their office to collect your package. I would like to inquire about the nature of this service. I had a highly significant document, my passport, in the cargo. It is disheartening to see customers being charged for a service that falls short of expectations. Unfortunately, payment is not provided. Please improve the organization of your services.
