Unimeal Refuses to Honor Refund Policy, No Response to Emails
On August 7, I purchased a standard membership through Unimeal. My credit card was charged twice, once for $9 and once for $45. Despite the company’s clearly stated refund guarantee on their official website, I have sent 5–6 refund requests via email, but to this day, I have not received any refund or explanation from them.
Although Unimeal promotes a money-back guarantee, their refusal to respond to my refund requests and failure to return my payment have made me seriously question the company’s reliability. After receiving no resolution, I contacted my bank, which initiated an official chargeback process with Unimeal’s bank. However, I still haven’t received a clear response from Unimeal customer service, and my issue remains unresolved.
I find it unacceptable that Unimeal prevents customers from exercising their right to a refund, despite publicly offering a guarantee. I demand the immediate return of the amounts charged without justification.
