Unimeal Charging Extra and Avoiding Refund After Service Not Delivered
On July 3, I paid $9.90 to Unimeal to receive their service, but they never provided any service in return. Shortly afterward, they requested an additional payment of about $30. Because of this, I decided to cancel the service and requested a refund, but the company has been making every effort to avoid issuing my refund.
This situation is completely unacceptable and misleading — Unimeal charged me for a service that was never delivered and is now refusing to refund my money. I demand a full refund immediately and expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
