Unimeal Ignoring Refund Requests Despite 14-Day Cancellation Right

July 14, 2025 9:55 AM23

I signed up for a membership on the Unimeal website, but I didn’t realize that the charges were in U.S. dollars. As soon as the payment was withdrawn, I canceled my membership and requested a refund. However, I received a response — in a foreign language — stating that my purchase was “not eligible for a refund.” I haven’t logged in since, and my membership remains canceled. I’d like to know why I don’t have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, and I demand my refund.

Yesterday, the same thing happened again — I subscribed for $3.99, but I was actually charged $29 and $49 instead. I have already submitted another refund request and am still waiting for my money to be returned.
