I signed up for a membership on the Unimeal website, but I didn’t realize that the charges were in U.S. dollars. As soon as the payment was withdrawn, I canceled my membership and requested a refund. However, I received a response — in a foreign language — stating that my purchase was “not eligible for a refund.” I haven’t logged in since, and my membership remains canceled.
