My account was suddenly banned at dawn yesterday with the reason stated as “Under 18” even though I am actually 20 years old. Since the ban, I have been completely unable to log in to my account for more than 24 hours. This ban was applied without any proper verification and has caused me serious emotional distress. I was in the middle of an important conversation with someone on the platform, and the sudden ban abruptly disconnected me from that person with no warning or explanation. I have not been given any clear way to contact support or contest this decision, and I do not know how to reach your support team to resolve this. I request that my account be unbanned and fully restored immediately, and that you review this decision properly, taking into account that I am 20 years old and not underage as alleged. I expect my access to be reinstated without further delay and would appreciate a clear explanation as to why this unjustified ban occurred.
