On the blocked screen, my Ban ID is shown as 04dda1da, and the listed reason is "Under 18." This restriction occurred on 3 July 2026 and is currently affect my device. Instead of being griden through a standard verification process, my screen is locked and showing a payment request of Rp19,999. I'm an adult user and I ready to verify my identity through your official verification system at no cost. I do not feel safe entering my details on this payment screen. I tried to contact support via email, but it seems the mailbox is unavailable. In light of this situation, I request that you see my case, check my device logs, correct the age-related restriction, and restore access to my device without any payment.
