Umingle Safari iPad Ban After Typing “M15” Scam Message
I am using Umingle via the website on Safari on my iPad in Indonesia, and my account was banned today, 7 May 2026. I am writing to appeal this ban and to explain the situation that led to it. Recently, I was the victim of a scam by another user who tricked me into typing “m15” and sending it in the chat. I did not know that this was a violation of your terms or a trap used by scammers, and I had no intention of breaking any rules. I have always tried to follow the community guidelines, and this happened because I was manipulated by the other user. I kindly request that you review my chat history related to this incident and reconsider the ban on my account. I am over 18 and will be much more careful with such interactions in the future. I would like my account to be reinstated so I can continue using Umingle in line with your rules and policies.
