Unfair Umingle Ban After Chat Typo Led to Misunderstanding

I recently used the Umingle website and, during a chat with my match, I came across a typo in the text a couple of minutes before I was banned. The word shown was “girl” but it was supposed to be “grill”. This incorrect wording completely changed the meaning of what I was trying to say and led to a misunderstanding. Following this misunderstanding, my account was banned, and when I tried to resolve the situation, I was told to come to Xolvie. I believe this ban is unfair because it was caused by a typo in the text on Umingle, not by any bad intention or inappropriate behavior on my part. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned and that the typo in the text be corrected so similar misunderstandings do not happen again.
