Umingle Unban Me

I am writing regarding the recent ban of my Umingle account, which occurred about a week ago. The ban appears to be based on a misunderstanding of a message I sent in chat. In a conversation, another user had a very bright flashlight visible on camera. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see whether that brightness would affect me, so I wrote “flash me” referring only to the flashlight. There was no inappropriate or harmful intent behind this message; it was simply about the bright light the other person was using. Shortly after this message, my account was banned. I believe that an automated system or moderator may have misinterpreted what I wrote, and I feel I have been unfairly penalized due to this misunderstanding. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that the relevant chat logs be reviewed in context to confirm that my message was about the flashlight only and not intended in any inappropriate way. I would appreciate it if my situation could be reconsidered and my access to the platform restored.
