Umingle Account Banned After Clarification Message in Chat

I am writing regarding the recent ban of my standard user account on Umingle with the ID “b07c2***.” The ban occurred about half an hour ago while I was actively using the platform, and I was disconnected immediately after sending a message in the text section. In the conversation that led to the ban, another user told me “I’m looking for tip4.” I did not understand what they meant by this and therefore replied with the single word “tipa?” as a way of asking them to clarify. Right after sending this message, my account was automatically banned. According to the information shown to me, the reason indicated was gender-based requests. However, in this situation I was not looking for a girl or making any gender-based request; on the contrary, the other person was the one stating what they were looking for, and my answer was simply a question asking for clarification of their term. Apart from a simple greeting, I do not recall sending any other message that could be interpreted as violating the rules. I believe this ban is the result of a misunderstanding or an automated detection error. I kindly ask you to review the chat logs of this conversation and reconsider the decision, lift the ban on my account, and restore my access if you confirm that my behavior did not breach your rules. I would also appreciate a brief explanation so I can better understand how to avoid similar issues in the future.
