I Face a False Umingle Chat Restriction Due to a Filter Error

I am a user of the Umingle app and today one of my texts was incorrectly banned by your system. I was not trying to ask about anyone’s gender, but the system seems to have detected it as if I was doing “gender searching”. In my message, I was asking if the stranger’s bisexual ex is a girl or a boy, and I was clearly not asking about the stranger’s gender or trying to filter people by gender. Because of this misunderstanding, my text was blocked and I could not send what I wanted to say. I have not been able to contact support through the app, so I am writing here to ask you to review this situation and remove the ban on my text. I kindly request that you check the context of my message and lift the restriction that was placed on it, as it appears to be a mistake by the automatic filter.
