Unban Me Please - I Didn't Do Anything Wrong

My Umingle account was banned for “spam” even though I only sent a single Zangi number invite message. I did not send repeated or mass messages, and I believe this ban was applied by mistake. On 27/08/2026, between around 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., my account was flagged and I received a “You are banned” message with the reason shown as spam and a Ban ID of 7ab5080b. Since then, I can still log in to Umingle, but I am completely unable to talk or use the messaging features because of this ban. I kindly request that my case be reviewed in detail and that my account be unbanned, as I did not engage in spamming or abusive behaviour. I also ask that any spam flag on my profile be removed so that I can use Umingle normally again.
