Umingle Banning For No Reason

I was using the Umingle website as a guest on 29 May 2026 when my access was suddenly banned without any valid reason. I was only typing messages in capital letters, I did not spam, and I did not send any inappropriate content, yet I received a permanent ban notification stating that my message was inappropriate. Since I was not registered with a username and was only using a guest account, I was very surprised to be permanently banned in this way. I have not previously contacted support about this and this is my first attempt to resolve the issue. I request that my permanent ban on the Umingle website be reviewed and lifted, as I believe it was applied unfairly and by mistake. I would like my access to be restored so I can continue to use the platform in line with the rules.
