Umingle Account Banned for Spam Without Clear Explanation

I am writing regarding the ban on my regular Umingle account, which has been marked as “spam”. I believe this decision is incorrect, as I did not use my account for spam or any similar abusive activity. After seeing the ban notice stating that the reason was “spam” I contacted Umingle support to resolve the situation. Despite reaching out, my issue has not been properly resolved and I still do not understand why my account was classified this way. My clear request is that my account be reviewed again and that the spam-related ban be lifted if no real violation is found. I also request a clear explanation of what exactly triggered this decision so that I can avoid any similar problem in the future. I kindly ask that my account be re-evaluated and restored as soon as possible.
