Unban Me On Umingle Please

I am writing regarding my uMingle account with the ID 6bbbc***, which was just banned a few minutes ago on my Redmi Note 10 device. I would like to explain the situation and request a review of this decision. Someone in the app told me to write “m13” and I used this phrase without knowing that it was considered a bannable or inappropriate message on uMingle. I did not intend to break any rules or violate the community guidelines, and I was not aware that this specific message was forbidden. Since this is my first time encountering such an issue and the ban happened immediately after I sent that message, I kindly request that my account be permanently unbanned. I am ready to follow all uMingle rules from now on and avoid any similar misunderstandings in the future.
