I Need uMingle to Review My Ban Caused by a Misunderstanding

June 25 3:27 PM67

I am writing regarding my uMingle account with the ID 4db45071, which is linked to my Gmail login and was banned approximately two days ago. I was using the app normally and chatting with a stranger when they asked me to type “M16” in the chat bar. I did so without knowing that this could be considered a violation of the rules or community guidelines. I had no intention of threatening anyone, promoting violence, or breaking any policy. My account was then banned, and I lost access to my profile and previous data. I believe this is a misunderstanding that happened because I followed another user’s request without understanding the consequences. I kindly request that uMingle investigate this situation, lift the ban on my account, and restore my access along with all my previous data. I am willing to fully comply with the community guidelines from now on and will be more careful in my future use of the app. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and reactivate my account.

Umingle'in desteği yetersiz ve iletişimsiz.
